During Google I/O, Google announced the Android P Developer preview beta.
Usually, it is available to only Pixel/Nexus devices. But this year, Google has made it available for a few more devices. This includes the renowned Nokia 7 plus. Juho Sarvikas announced this on Twitter earlier.

Developer preview program is primarily meant for Android developers and more experienced users to test the early builds of Android P and check app compatibility. At the moment, Android P in beta version can be downloaded on Nokia 7 plus by flashing the software manually via a PC, meaning no Over-the-air-Update. Hmd have also included a feedback app to get your feedback, report bugs etc. You can see what's new in Android P from here. Currently, only Nokia 7 plus is getting the Android P DP. But other Nokia phones may also get it soon. ( Source: Nokia Phones Community ). Here is what we found in the FAQ section:
